Running Pathways

From seasoned athletes to those who wish to make a healthy lifestyle change, this pathway can take an individual from a sedentary lifestyle to their first 5km run and all the way to full marathon and beyond. The team is at hand to ensure that participants are their mental and physical peak. As athletes establish their competition goals, the pathway will also provide a well-planned race strategy.

  • 5 - 10k

    From those still learning how to run, to an amateur runner and all the way to a seasoned runner looking at completing and/or improving their 5km and 10km running time, we can assist through detailed analysis of every individual as a person and as an athlete. We then tailor-make a package from the range of services we offer that are most suitable for an athlete’s ability, aims, and budget.

  • Marathon/Half Marathon School

    The half marathon is a friendly distance whilst covering the total marathon distance of 42.2km is on the ‘bucket list’ of many runners. This programme is suited for those who wish to participate in a walkathon half marathon as well as those who are already running regularly and want to increase their distance or else want to achieve a personal best timing. The benefit of joining this program is that we look at training from a holistic, scientific, and psychological perspective.
